The Turkish Republic, with a population of approximately 72 million, is a secular and social state of law. The country having been the host land for many civilizations and religions has been named as 'open air museum' among the historians and archeologists.
The country uniting Asia and Europe with the sea bordering it from three sides has a coast line of 8333 km. This country, with beautiful bays interlacing with a magnificent nature, with its improving economy, its cheap pricing as well as the low taxation has been a favorite among the foreign investors.
In the administrative district which has been declared as tourism province together with Sarigerme in 2005 by the Ministry the marina and golf area are waiting for the start to be given. There is an international airport at 7 km from the district center where you can travel by direct flights from Europe all year round.
The construction of the Dalaman-Göcek Tunnel opened in order to shorten the access to the Göcek Bays where there are three large marinas and which is a departure point for the Blue Trip Boats.
The reflection of the investments already realized as well those to be made in the future to house prices in Dalaman and the houses in the neighboring districts are set to rise. The real estate which has a high return is the most appropriate investment in the present conditions.
Bodrum, Marmaris, Dalyan, Dalaman and Fethiye are administrative districts of Mugla - a province in the South Eastern Turkey region of Karia, an area with history dating back to 2,500 B.C. The landscape is 60% covered by forest and it boasts over 1,100 km of beaches on both the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts.

International links are excellent with local airports in Dalaman and Bodrum, yachting harbours at Göcek, Marmaris and Fethiye and much improved road networks throughout to enable complete ease of communication.
